Project for Glass Product Manufacturing Underway in Navoi Region

In the Navoi Region, an investment project worth $76 million for the construction of a plant to produce glass containers from quartz raw materials was reviewed.

The project is planned to be implemented jointly with China’s Qingdao Rongtai Glass Products from Qingdao, Shandong Province. The company manufactures green, transparent, and brown containers under the Rotar brand. The project is divided into three stages: full capacity is expected to be achieved within five years, with the first phase to be launched within one year.
