Tashkent to Conduct Inventory of Markets and Shopping Complexes
Specialists will develop proposals for more rational use of the territories
Specialists in the capital will inspect markets and shopping complexes. They will verify the cadastral documents of buildings and structures, property data, lists of owners, and the financial condition of the facilities.
The territories will be checked for the presence of illegal constructions, and measures will be taken to eliminate them. Additionally, boundaries, protected zones, and existing restrictions will be examined, with a separate review of tax debts and other mandatory payments.
The inspection will be carried out by the Tashkent City Department of the Agency for Cadastre, district khokimiyats, tax authorities, the Municipal Assets Management Center, and JSC 'Tashkent Invest Company.' The work is organized as part of measures for the socio-economic development of the capital for 2026–2027.
