Currently, 102 types of documents are required when applying for a loan. 53 of these are already available in information systems, and another 22 are not directly related to lending. Excessive requirements have been ordered to be removed.

The President also instructed that when issuing loans, cash flows and specific orders should be taken into account, rather than relying solely on collateral. In the Andijan region, such a practice was previously ordered to be implemented, with the creation of 20 new financial products planned.

In the Kashkadarya region, this approach is now expected to yield results. The changes are anticipated to accelerate the financing of initiatives in mahallas and the creation of new jobs.
