The memorandum was formalized following negotiations between Zoir Mirzayev, the head of Tashkent Region, and Karl Moore, the founder and CEO of Powerscape Global.
The American company Powerscape Global, established in 2023, develops coal gasification solutions for the energy sector and industrial production. According to the regional administration, such initiatives can create additional opportunities for production and support the development of the region's industry.
